Reflecting on the upgrade roadmap adopted for the Brazilian Air Force's F-5M, the legendary legacy fighter from the Samba country is prepared to be able to launch an air-to-surface missile/long-range cruise missile, the MICLA-BR.

Delilah is equipped with an advanced electro-optical (E/O) seeker for target discrimination in day/night and all-weather conditions. Delilah has a subsonic cruising speed of Mach 0.5 to 0.7 and a maximum range of 250 km.
Elbit Systems designed Delilah with programmatic missions with post-launch updates, and the ability to override Man-in-the-Loop for target selection and final attack approval allowing real-time targeting.
Delilah has specifications, namely a length of 2.71 meters and a diameter of 0.33 meters (1.55 meters wingspan). Delilah's overall weight is 187 kg, of which 30 kg is the weight of the warhead. The maximum flight altitude of this missile is 8,500 meters and has an accuracy of 1 meter on the target.
